Suite 1

Suite 1 is 630 square feet. There is plumbing for water, but no sink at this time.

The room has a concrete floor and has been renovated it can be ready to lease with minimal preparation. It is in good shape for hourly rentals.

There are a couple of pieces of furniture in the pictures that can/will be removed.

Rental rate is $25 per hour plus a $50 service fee.

Monthly lease is $650.
