It has been partially renovated so it can be ready to lease with minimal preparation. It is in good shape for hourly rentals. The floor is carpet over concrete.

The pictures show tables that are available for use when rented hourly.

Rental rate is $25 per hour plus a $50 service fee.

Monthly lease is $500.
